Harmonious Live, an Epcot special on Disney+, about 7 min in, during Kristen Bell's narration about music, has a brief clip of two men dancing together (one holding the other from behind/the side). It's small but it's something.

And I just posted in the BAYMAX! thread that a man asked out another man in Episode 4. That was definitely bigger. And it looked like there was someone transgender in Episode 3, but I could be wrong about that.
